1. ELIGIBILITY: All marketing/advertising materials developed, produced and/or distributed during the calendar year 2023/2024 are eligible.
2. DEADLINE: November 1, 2024
LATE DEADLINE: December 13, 2024
Entries must be postmarked on or before deadline. Late entries (postmarked after November 1, 2024) must include a one time $25 late fee. No entries postmarked after December 13, 2024, will be accepted.
3. ONLINE SUBMISSIONSEntries can now be submitted and paid for online! Simply choose the “Enter Online” button and fill out the entry form. You will be able to drag and drop your artwork/radio/video files into the gray box in section 8. There is no limit to the number of entries submitted. You will receive a confirmation email once the entry process has been completed. If you choose to finish your entries at a later time, you will receive a link via email to go back to your entries.
4. ACCEPTED FILE FORMATS: All digital video formats are permited. A Word Document or PDF containing links to the file(s) is also allowed.
5. PAYMENT: When you finish submitting your entries, choose the black “Finish and Pay” button at the bottom where you will be taken to our TLS-secured payment page. A payment receipt will be emailed to you. The charge will appear on your credit card statement as “Awards Program Services.”

Digital Advertising Awards entrants agree that all entries may be reproduced non-exclusively on www.DigitalAdAwards.com and other promotional materials affiliated with Creative Images, Inc. Entrants must hold or secure the necessary licenses for use of all creative content embodied in all entries.
